AKA: I found some nature, finally
On day 1, I was a little freaked out by the "big" city of Florence.
By day 2, I realised I'm just about as far from a city person as you can get.

Naturally, I escaped to Switzerland for the weekend to see some mountains and breathe clean air. The two days I spent in Interlaken were some of the best of my life so far. I mean, look at this place:
Also, Swiss chocolate. I ate nothing but bread and chocolate the whole time, and most of it came from the Funky Chocolate Club. They have chocolate-making classes, they'll mail chocolate home for you, and they have hot chocolate and single-serve fondue.
That waffle is actually from Bern, where they make them on the street with croissant dough, then stuff them with chocolate and roll them in cinnamon and powdered sugar. They're giving Florence's Nutella tarts a run for their money.
